issued in 1940 by international.  It is marked (see photo) and is monogram free with no signs of repairs. Overall in great used Estate condition with normal scratches & wear.  Please view all photos for grade and condition. Item is in as found condition and could use some cleaning/polishing if desired. A great addition to any collection.
